For a tailor-made holiday

At the Gaia Hotel in Cesenatico, holidays follow your pace. Indeed, there are many Formulas you can choose from to customize your stay:

CLASSIC FORMULA: Overnight stay, breakfast, and dinner at the hotel

HOTEL FORMULA: Classic Formula + Water, Soft Drinks, and house wine at Dinner in unlimited quantity

SEA FORMULA: Hotel Formula + beach service: 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room

RELAX FORMULA: Sea Formula with a spot on the beach in the FIFTH ROW (while available) + 2 beach towels per room + 1 laundry service during the stay + 1 parking space in the external parking lot + soft bathrobe + minibar with beverages

DISCOUNTS & SUPPLEMENTS

Children discounts in a room with two adults:

  • 0-2 years not completed €20 per day for crib/meals;
  • 2-6 years not completed €30 per day;
  • 6-15 years not completed 50% discount.

Third bed: 30% discount (from 15 years onwards), minimum 5 days stay.

Single room supplement: 20%

Double room for single use supplement: 30%-40%-50%

Garage: €12 per day

Parking: €6 per day

* Prices and discounts are intended for a minimum period of 5 days, including 10% VAT, except for tourist tax. Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day indicated in the reservation, and we will ensure they are delivered to you by 1:00 p.m.

Holidays at Hotel Gaia are for the whole family, pets included. A small additional fee of €30 is required for sanitizing and final room cleaning. For the respect of all guests, pets are not allowed in the dining room or in the pool. The beach near the hotel accepts small pets.

Terms and Conditions

  • The request for availability is not binding and does not constitute a contract for any of the parties.
  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
  • In case of cancellation of a reservation at least 30 days before the arrival date at the hotel, the deposit will be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation of a reservation at least 20 days before the arrival date at the hotel, the guest will have the option to use the paid deposit by rescheduling the stay (depending on room availability and the period) during the current season.
  • After this period, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation penalty.
  • In case of partial cancellation of the number of booked nights, the management reserves the right to apply a penalty equivalent to one night of stay.
  • In the event of an early departure with less than three days' notice, the guest is required to pay for the next three nights on a room-only basis or for the remainder of the stay if it is shorter.  
  • Half Board starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
  • No refunds are provided for meals not taken unless communicated to management in advance.
